Many people skip breakfast in an effort to save calories, but if you end up so starving by lunchtime that you overeat it can make actually do the opposite. Or you maybe someone who is so always rushing out the door in the morning and never has time to make breakfast. Either way, overnight oats can be the perfect breakfast solution! They are packed with fiber (the soluble kind that helps with cholesterol too), which helps you stay full longer and you can add different toppings to fight off the boredom of eating the same thing everyday. Plus, they can be prepped the night before (hence overnight) and grabbed on the way out the door in the morning. What’s not to love?
