1. Tuna Salad Cucumber Bites
These high protein Tuna Salad Cucumber Bites are an amazing paleo snack idea. The cucumber gives you the crunch like a cracker and you get tons of filling protein with each bite. This super healthy recipe uses a homemade coconut oil, but you could also use a paleo-compliant mayo from the store to make it a little bit easier to whip up. Look for one made from olive oil instead of soybean oil. (via Healing & Eating)
2. Paleo Gut-Healing Gummies
These DIY gummies are an amazing, kid-friendly paleo snack option. They are naturally sweetened with fruit & stevia, so they may be just what you need for a sugar craving but without added sugar. They are super easy to make and kids will love helping out. Just pick up some silicone mini ice cube trays like these in any shape you want. (via Cultivate Beauty)
3. No Bake Coconut Cashew Bars
If you love Larabars, you will be obsessed with these. They are basically a copycat recipe, but much less expensive! These homemade coconut cashew bars are a delicious paleo snack idea and are also Whole30 compliant. They are also super easy to make and require no baking. Win! (via The Bewitchin’ Kitchen)
Don’t have time to make your own? Buy some yummy Larabars with one-click, but make sure you buy paleo flavors like these: Apple Pie, Cashew Cookie, Pecan Pie.
4. Homemade Protein Bars Paleo Snack
Here is another delicious bar recipe you will love. Bars make amazing paleo snacks because they are easy to take on the go, which is when it can be hardest to stick to your paleo eating plan. If you are a peanut butter lover like me, you were super bummed to find out that peanut butter is not paleo (since peanuts are actually legumes), but don’t worry. These gluten-free “peanut butter” bars actually contain no peanut butter, so they are a great option for the peanut butter obsessed. Plus, my favorite part is that you can make a huge batch and store them in your freezer for up to three months so you will always have some on hand! (via Paleo Gluten Free Eats)

The nuts & seeds in this delicious trail mix are full of healthy fats that keep you full longer, making it an ideal paleo snack. Plus, you can get your chocolate fix with some dairy-free chocolate chips. Just make sure you watch your portions on this one because it is so good you could eat the whole batch. I like to pre-portion snacks like this out into the little mini Ziplocs to make it easy. (via Nurture My Gut)

With just 5 minutes and 8 ingredients, you can put together this healthy, paleo snack that is easy to take with you to school or work. It is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and has no added sugar, so it can fit into just about any eating plan. (via Joy Food Sunshine)
7. Easy Baked Zucchini Chips
Baked chips of all different kinds are one of my favorite paleo snack options. They are much healthier than fried potato chips, but still have that satisfying crunch that you can crave on a paleo diet. Make them out of zucchini for an especially low calorie version. For this and the other baked chips options below, make sure you pick up a mandoline. It is an inexpensive kitchen gadget that is worth every penny because it makes it 10x easier to quickly whip up some of these paleo snacks. (via My Natural Family)
8. Healthy Baked Sweet Potato Chips
When that bag of Lay’s is calling your name, these healthy 3-ingredient baked sweet potato chips are just the treat you need to stay on track. As I mentioned above, make sure you pick up a mandoline for these – it will make it so much easier! (via A Spicy Perspective)
9. The Best Kale Chips
Talk about a healthy alternative to potato chips! Kale chips are packed with tons of vitamins and are amazing for you. This is not like all the other kale chip recipes you have tried, though. While you can keep it simple and just season with salt and pepper, this recipe kicks it up a notch with a flavorful seasoning mix you’ll be dying to try. (via Fit Mitten Kitchen)
10. Sugar-Free Caramelized Nuts
In just 10 minutes, you will have a finished batch of these mouth-watering caramelized nuts. Don’t be fooled by the “caramelized” part, though. They are also sugar-free and paleo compliant! Instead of sugar, he tested using a natural sweetener like stevia to caramelize the nuts, and it worked! (via The Big Man’s World)
11. Paleo Homemade Beef Jerky
High protein snacks are the best options for weight loss because they keep you feeling full longer on less calories. However, it can be hard to find high protein snack options that you can pack and take on the go. That is why beef jerky is such an amazing option. And did you know you can make it at home? We bought a dehydrator and can now make our own jerky.
This is not just any jerky recipe though! It has a secret that makes it even cheaper: it uses ground beef. Simply use a jerky gun to create perfect jerky strips for a fraction of the cost. (via Allergy Free Alaska) But, if you prefer to use whole cuts of beef and use your oven instead, here is a great recipe.
12. Flourless Pumpkin Power Cookies
One of the cardinal rules of healthy eating is to try to eat foods as close to their whole, unprocessed form as possible. This sweet “cookie” is a treat that does just that. Instead of using processed flour, it combines a number of nutrient-dense, whole foods to create this yummy treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.
13. No Bake Dark Chocolate Haystacks
These no-bake paleo snacks are just what you need when your chocolate cravings have you ready to tear into a whole Hershey bar. Instead, whip up a quick batch of these no-bake dark chocolate haystacks. (via Paleohacks)
